TERMINATION
Time to Game may terminate or suspend your right to use the Site at any time. JURISDICTION AND VENUE
You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute with Time to Game , or in any way relating to your use of the Site, resides in the courts of the New Hanover County, North Carolina and you further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the courts of the New Hanover County, North Carolina in connection with any such dispute including any claim involving Time to Game . These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of North Carolina, without respect to its conflict of laws principles.
MISCELLANEOUS
If any part of these Terms and Conditions is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
